"The Trail of the White Mule" is a wilderness adventure novel set in the wilderness of Bartsow, near Las Vegas. Casey Ryan and his friend Barnley are headed out towards Las Vegas for a business opportunity when they get lost and head in the wrong direction. But their problem is about to get worse when they find themselves being shot at by outlaws. Soon they are separated and Casey is captured. His cooking skills however earn him the position as cook in the outlaw's camp. Exactly what he needs to plot his escape from them before they can execute him…
